Plant id from RHS Chelsea

Just catching with up with the tv coverage of this and am really struck by the plant marked here from one of the gold medal show gardens. Does anyone know what it is?

I've found the plant list but it isn't very helpful - I know what it isn't but not what it is!

It looks like Rodgersia podophylla - it has spikes of fluffy white flowers when in flower and can get quite tall
