2 More IDs of plants please.

New garden to us and we’re rearranging things. Would be so helpful to know what this shrub and perennial are. I think I saw a blue flower on the perennial at the tail end of the season when we moved in last autumn so thinking it might be campanula family. Any help gratefully received!

Looks Like the shrub has posted but it doesn’t like the perennial, maybe it looks like weed, haha.
