Plant ID - echinacea?

Can anyone ID this plant for me?

I scattered some echinacea seeds last summer, not thinking any would take as they were old, and now this has grown. Does it look like echinacea? I thought the foliage looked like it but now these buds have developed I'm not so sure.

@Bonbon21 that's what it is! Thank you. It must have self seeded from a neighbour's garden. Wow. It's 4ft tall, love it.

It’s a biennial, grows one year, flowers the next, then usually dies. So if you leave the seedpods to ripen, you’ll start getting your own flowers the year after next.
