Is my orchid possibly set to flower again, would you say?

Yes that is the flower stem and it has several buds. It will take quite a few weeks to fully form and the buds open

Thank you @rainbowunicorn . That's very exciting.. I don't think I've ever had an orchid come back to life after a first flowering before!
