Plant ID - what's this?

DH thinks this is a weed but I'm sure I planted something here last year, maybe foxgloves. Any ideas?

Definitely not foxgloves. Look like dandelions at first glance, but they're all flowering at the moment. No heads appearing?

Yes, dandelion I'd say. The leaves in the first and second pictures are not the same.

The first photo is a large dandelion.

The second photo appears to be a foxglove (digitalis).

Could be one of the dandelion look alikes like cats ear. But probably dandelion
