Does my monstera look like it needs a bigger pot?

Probably, house plants tend to do better in bigger pots.

Possibly, but it does look as if it needs a change of soil.

Is it planted directly in that big pot, or is it in an inner plastic one?

Repot or a feed. Re-potting will stop it getting root bound and will increase growth. Feeding will help with growth, but keep an eye on its roots.

Its planted directly into the pot! Ok, so new soil and bigger pot! She's my pride and joy!

Don't pot it on into too big a pot! One that is 2 inches bigger will be fine.

I've got a Monstera adansonii that I love, I'd be heartbroken if he died. So I understand being concerned about doing the right thing for them.

Coincidentally I saw a short YouTube about repotting Monstera today (link below). It seems it's important not to repot in to big a pot and/or to use a potting medium with adequate drainage.
