Hayloft - online plants

Anyone having problems with Hayloft? My plants have not arrived, waited 5 weeks and now gone past the delivery date. Absolute silence from Hayloft when I ask about the order/request a refund. Notice similar complaints on trustpilot.

Oh. I’ve always had very good experiences with Hayloft, but haven’t bought from them this year. Have you contacted them via Twitter? That often seems to work.

I've ordered from them this year and my items have arrived at their stated times so sorry you're having this experience. I've always found them very helpful in terms of customer support.
