Anyone any idea what this feathery plant is that has taken over my east facing border? There is lots of it and I am unsure if I want to keep it. I tried to id it on plantnet but the results were not conclusive.

Might be fennel? Break off a piece and if it smells like liquorice, that would be fennel.

I’m guessing it’s love in a mist/Nigella. Very very pretty, and self seeds like mad if it’s happy.
