Bought this little fella from the dead and dying section in our local nursery as I like a challenge. I was hoping it would be a geranium but someone said parsley. I did break off a leaf and it tasted bitter and furry. No smell. What do you think?

Could be a chrysanthemum, geranium leaves all seem to have quite a distinct smell.

A very long shot as the photo isn’t too clear, and assuming the plant is variegated - it could be Artemisia vulgaris ‘Oriental Limelight’, a variegated form of Mugwort. Google it and see if it matches your plant. Apparently it’s a bit of a spreader if that is what it is.

Not a Geranium because they have palmate leaves (all lobes radiating from a single point) whereas these are pinnate (sticking out from each side of a central stem)

NOt parsley either.

Agree that it will be a challenge!
