Cheap topsoil with fast delivery? 🌱

We have an area at the back of our lawn that is a bit dipped. We need to fill it up with topsoil so we can get planting.

Can anyone recommend where to buy one ton of topsoil with delivery hopefully for Saturday please?!

Depends where you are. All the obvious ones like Homebase, Wickes, Travis Perkins etc will probably be able to do Saturday but there prices are well ott. Maybe try to find a local to you Landscaping company? They’ll be there prices of they’re buying in bulk. One ton isn’t much, prices probably better if you’re buying more than one.

Greater Manchester. I’ve heard horror stories about topsoil being full of weeds or gravel etc so not sure where is reliable!

I can't but the bloke who today pulled up in his car outside Homebase in Ewell only to take one of those sacks they place in a wall outside, put it in his car and drive off without paying certainly does.

I'd probably just Google "Manchester aggregates" and pick a suitable option from there.

I’ve had some ‘supagrow standard’ topsoil from travis Perkins recently, minimal twigs, no stones that I’ve noticed. And it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find for a 600L bag.
