Hi does anyone know what this plant is called? I bought it last weekend but today it has gone droppy

Yes a kangaroo paw . It's probably too cold outside for it yet . If you have a cool greenhouse I'd pop it in there or just bring it inside until mid May .

I was,going to say kangaroo plant too. They hate the cold, so needs to be kept inside for now.
