Pittosporum lost all leaves

Following the really low -12 temps this winter some of my lovely Pittosporums have lost either all of some of there leaves 🥲

im assuming the large bush that only lost half its leaves is likely to recover but am I right in thinking the others that lost all of their leaves are done for or should I be patient?

If you scrape the bark near the bottom of the plant and see if there is any sign of green it might recover. I have lost one but others are showing signs of life.
