I have a raised bed in my garden that I've planted a selection of herbs and shrubs in, and just recently little growths like this have popped up in two or three places. Anyone any idea what they are?

It looks like my Astilbe leaves that are just coming through

Yes, hardy geranium is a good guess, palmate leaves (leaf lobes all coming from one point), hairy stems. palmate leaves eliminates Sambucus and Astilbe
