Forgot to plant tulip bulbs

I have had a pretty hectic year and totally forgot to plant my tulip bulbs. I had pulled them up at the end of last summer and stored them away. Should I plant them now anyway even though they have missed the frost and it's too late to bloom or should I keep storing them?

Oh dear! Plant them anyway, because if you don’t they will just dry out and die.Maybe give them a squeeze, if they are very soft and soggy they are already ex bulbs. The Frits and the hyacinths will flower next spring if they are okay, the tulips are a bit more chancy.
