Bulbs sprouting in the packets.

Bought some bulbs a few weeks ago ( lupins ) and forgot about them. And just found them in the corner of the kitchen. Have attached a photo. R they still okay to plant this weekend or should I just buy some more ?

They will be fine. I prefer to transplant bulbs when they are fully grown then I can see what I've got and it works perfectly well so sprouting won't be a problem.

They not bulbs they're roots (the picture was too small on my phone and I didn't read properly) but the same applies.
