Bulbs sprouting in the packets.

Bought some bulbs a few weeks ago ( lupins ) and forgot about them. And just found them in the corner of the kitchen. Have attached a photo. R they still okay to plant this weekend or should I just buy some more ?

What plants are they? General answer is yes.

They’re not actually bulbs. They’re doing what they’re meant to do, coming in to growth with the increased warmth. How long have they been in the warmth of the kitchen? I would probably plant them in pots (or even in large plastic bags if you have no large pots) so you can acclimatise them by putting them out in the day and bringing them in at night.

Yes, I'd plant them asap. I've seen lupin plants in plant nurseries that are already green and thriving. They will likely catch up once they are in the ground, or flower a bit later.
