Why are indoor plants roots turning yellow?

Hi all
Recently I purchased certain Indoor plants and Organic Seeds. I have noticed that my plants roots are becoming yellow. First So I moved them to to soil, is it the right thing to do?

if it is only certain plants, have you googled what that particular plants roots should look like? How often are you checking your plants roots to see what colour they are?

Why are my plant roots yellow?
This disease is caused by prolonged exposure to soil conditions that are too wet. Wet soil conditions are caused by two main sources. The first is overwatering. Overwatering can result in the roots not getting enough oxygen which leads to them rotting and eventually dying.
