Last years compost ?

Can I use it ? It’s been stored in the garage, one bag is opened but rolled down, the other hasn’t been opened.

I would. I can't see there would be a problem.

Thanks, I saw something recently where they were saying you shouldn’t use it, but I can’t see a problem. You never know how long the garden centre has had it.

I suppose the fertiliser might leach out if the bag’s been rained on, but you can easily add fertiliser if the plants seem to need it.

It’s been kept in the garage, so I think it will be fine.
