How big is the lawn? Is it reasonably flat or quite lumpy?

No mowsy got out of hand last year so it’s quite thicketed in places, all on a slope. Quite a big lawn. With a tree.

Apologies, that should read no mow may got out of hand & became no mow June & July, thus the thatch. And the strimmer keeps breaking. And there are some grass paths and quite a bit that’s needs to be reseeded.
