Anyone know what plant this is as I don't know how to look after it properly. I just had to cut off some dying leaves.

Thanks

Most plants have leaves die off at this time of year. And any time of year, really. It's natural. Were the ones you cut off dry and crispy? Or dead and soft? Will show how the environment is wrong for it ie over or underwatered. www.guide-to-houseplants.com/satin-pothos.html

They were yellow and brown. The brown bits were crispy

Pothos are pretty bullet proof. Just make sure it's getting enough light and don't water too often. Better to underwater than overwater. I water ours every week or two by soaking in the sink until the top is wet and leaving to drain for 5 minutes after. I wait until the soil feels dry and the pot is feels light when I pick it up.
