What do i do with the stalks that have flowered and died as it is still flowering ?
Will it flower again ?

cut the old stalks off. Plant out in the garden and it will flower again next year (but a bit later in the year- they are forced to flower before christmas)

Make sure you don't remove any of the leaves until they have totally died back.

It may not flower again as well as it has done inside - but it should give you something next year.
