Any ideas if I'm watering too much, too little or something else?

The rest of the leaves look healthy, perhaps it was just that leaf's time?

I've got a Monstera adansonii, I always despair when it loses a leaf even though the rest of the plant seems healthy. I gave it a coir pole for Christmas 🎄
