What’s your fantasy garden?

mine would have a beautiful glasshouse, a lake big enough to swim in. A walled kitchen garden. An orchard with goats or sheep and an arboretum.

Definitely a really old walled garden. Lots of roses and fruit trees along the walls. Informal cottage style planting.

Good one! I am a better fantasy gardener than a real one.

An orchard, a big vegetable patch, roses, chickens and ducks, couple of old outbuildings and a stable, old fashioned flowers everywhere. Basically the one I grew up with!

REalistic fantasy garden would have a large greenhouse, a veg patch, a hedged off bit where I could stuff that's growing on, the compost heap, messy pots etc out of sight.

A gnarled old apple tree. A spot out of sight of the house to have a morning coffee in the sun with the cat.

A hammock.

An eating spot that caught the last of the sun in summer.

A pond for frogs.

A pergola with grapes.

Wish I’d gone for a theme such as a tropical garden like this beautiful one -

that’s in Wales U.K.!

A pool.
A smaller pool for my dogs so they don't pee in mine.
Lawn for them to play on.
Lovely raised flower beds.
A summer house where I can sew and a little porch to have coffee on.
Big doors straight from my kitchen so I can leave them open when it's nice.

A meadow with a big tree (oak) overhanging a babbling stream with a rope swing to swing over the water, a still pool a little further downstream, a hammock, a hill to roll down. Deep snow in the winter, ice thick enough to skate on. The tracks of a fox. A friendly Robin.

That's fantastic. I follow tropical gardens in the uk on instagram, there's a broke in Leeds with a tropical yard!
