Monstera needing support

Hi all, we have a Monstera deliciosa which has outgrown it's support and has flopped. I probably should have sorted it out before it flopped but it seems healthy enough. It's about 4 foot tall at the moment and has loads of aerial roots.

I was going to buy a moss pole for it but I think I will need to repot it into a bigger pot to be able to get the pole in with it. I just wondered if repotting it at this time of year would be okay? I always thought you're supposed to repot in spring/summer rather than when it may be going a bit dormant. I was thinking I could attach a support to the wall for the time being until repotting time comes around. Any thoughts? I may be overthinking it and it'll be fine, but its so beautiful i don't want to risk disturbing and damaging it!

I've just repotted a Monstera adansonii it seems okay. I think it's the best of two bad options. Mine had outgrown it's pot and would have struggled over winter anyway. I repotted it already in the spring but it romped away.

I took cuttings off the leading shoot and I'm trying to root them in water, they've not died yet. Could you do the same with the deliciosa?

I'm going to put one back in with mum plant to thicken the growth and pot the other by itself.

Oh that's good to hear. I was planning on taking a cutting... But again, wasn't sure if it was the right time... Are they
easy enough to propagate ?

I don't honestly know, I watched some stuff on YouTube. There's probably some specifically about propagating the deliciosa. I was spoilt for choice, though the quality of the videos varies enormously.

I was surprised how quickly mine grew, I only bought it early last year. I've still got his baby pot!

I need to repot mine. Dreading it.
What do people do with the aerial roots?

Following as the aerial roots on mine are huge and all over the place! Only recently started training it up the moss pole, should have done it much sooner as it grew quite unruly from the beginning…

I've read somewhere that you can just trim the aerial roots off but that seems so drastic!
I've pushed a lot of them into the soil ... Hoping that the rest will attach to whatever pole I get...
