Help! I broke it

I was given a cutting of this plant (Tradescantia maybe?) a while ago. I just watered it and had it on the sunny kitchen window sill where it grew longer but not bushier.
Today I decided to re pot it into a bigger pot and all went well.
Until I decided to adjust the way the plant fell and... it just snapped off! 😭

Will the tiny nub of plant left re grow? Or have I ruined forever

It may or may not sprout from the stub... but you can easily make cuttings from all the foliage... just pop them into water for a few days and when you have some decent roots.. pot them up... you will have several plants instead of one!

It's got two chances. Water the nub and wait. Put the dropped off bit into a jar of water and wait for some roots to show before potting on.
