Obviously bank holiday tomorrow and they have been sent via Royal Mail. I didn't realise the strike was so soon.

I ordered another tree the same day also from eBay and it was delivered via DPD 3 days ago.

Do I message the seller or is this my fault?

Why don't you wait and see what state they are in. If they are shipped with wet wrapped root balls they may be fine.

You don't say if they're bare root or not? a couple of days or more is overcomeable. For peace of mind I'd message the seller to ask how they were sent. And get a pail of water/mini liquid feed ready for revival.
