Anyone know anything about Orchids?

O.K so not stricltly gardening but - I have a couple of orchids on my kitchen windowsill - both been flowering since last October (!) Am i supposed to feed them? what do I do with them when they finally finish flowering? and do they neeed repotting? and if so what sort of pot/compost?
any ideas?

Count along 2 buds and cut off the dead flower stem after the second, keep watering sparingly and wait- it will probably flower again, it obviously likes it where it is!

You can buy orchid food but tbh mine flower repeatedly without it so probably not necessary

bumping, as I have one in my living room at the moment, been flowering since July!

Haven't done anything other than water weekly, but the stem(?) is getting v e r y long now, so please help!
