Can anyone identify this pink-flowering tree / hedge

We saw these beautiful pink flowered small trees outside a house we viewed last week. Though we haven’t offered on the house, I’d very much like to do the same when we do eventually find somewhere.
Any ideas? I’ve exhausted my Googling abilities and can’t find it.

It's oleander, you can search images in Google so I just did that with your photo

@WhiteSandyBeach its very pretty but very poisonous! www.gardenersworld.com/how-to/grow-plants/how-to-grow-oleander/

Interesting. They had it out at street front level I assume to keep away from pets and children.
I’m always amazed by how very poisonous innocuous-looking garden plants can be.

Although oleander is very poisonous, it also tastes awful so children and animals are unlikely to eat it.

Most deaths from oleander poisoning are actually people who cut the very tempting straight stems to make skewers for the barbecue (at least that's what they claim in France, where they grow everywhere).

Not all oleanders are equally hardy, so make sure to choose an appropriate variety.
