We moved house in September last year so we've been waiting and watching since spring to see what pops up. We had tons of bluebells, snowdrops, grape hyacinths and narcissi, but now summer has arrived with a bang and It's all very exciting!

That looks lovely. They always say to wait and watch with a new garden - I'll bet you are glad you did!

The pink rose is insane! It was really woody and straggly so we gave it a hard cut back and now it's just full of flower and bud. Makes me happy every time I go outside 😊

How exciting!

I have the same rose too (carpet rose)?

It’s late to bloom but so worth the wait. It just explodes into colour

😍That rose!

Absolutely stunning rose!
Yes, it's always worth waiting and watching... there's always something underneath to delight in the following months.

How lucky to have kniphofia! I tried to grow it from seed several times this year and it failed each time.
