Combined Leaf Vacuum and Shredder - anyone have one?

Reminded by the other leaf blower post ...

I saw an advert for this Mountfield Leaf Blower/Vac Shredder - has anyone used this, or similar, and is it worth it?

Looking at both ease of use and whether it makes a noticeable difference to speed of leaf mould.

I have the Flymo easy change and it’s really good.It sucks,blows and shreds up really small.Easy to use and not heavy.
