What's wrong with these tomato seedlings?

Very novice gardener here - what's gone wrong with these tumbling tom plants, and can I do anything about it?

Are they in a hanging basket? Are you watering them enough? Hanging baskets need really good watering.

They look quite dry. I'd water them more and add a little bit of general fertiliser until they are established.

Thanks, I've been watering daily but I think I forgot to add the water retaining granules I normally use when planting. Hopefully they can recover!
