Plant id?

Hi All,
Does anyone have any ideas what this might be?
It looks a bit salvia esque but the one flower head is HUGE - about 3 inches long currently - so I've no idea what species it could be.
I have other salvias with large bracts but not this big, and the leaves are not furry on those ones.

My plant snap app is coming up as salvia sclarea. I then put that into google images and the bloom seems to match.

Brilliant yes!! I do remember buying a clary sage I think - I thought it had died!
