We got this orchid ages ago. There seems to be 3 in a pot now? The tallest one recently flowered. Can we repot it? or just leave it to do its thing?

Orchids like light, but not direct sun. They also don’t like stirring in water, so water sparingly. The aerial roots on yours don’t look very healthy, when their dry and shrivelled they need light and some water.
Is there a clear plastic pot inside the ceramic one? If so remove the ceramic pot so that the light gets to them.
I have never repotted my orchids, despite them being several years old and being left alone ( no water) for the best part of two years during Lockdown. They’re flowering beautifully, just now. They’re quite tough plants, in the right conditions.
