Lawn-moving on Sunday

Is there an etiquette that you shouldn't now your lawn on Sunday? Obviously we wouldn't do it before 11am but how about between 12-50pm? Do you think it will upset the neighbours?

It's definitely fine.

I think any time from 9 is fine.

Of course it's fine. Sunday is just another day.

It is illegal in some countries but perfectly acceptable in the U.K.

Came on to find out how to move a lawn tbh. Very disappointed..

Depends what country you are in. Illegal in Germany for example.. (noisy work is)

It depends where you are. When I was in Germany, it was actually illegal.

We don't mow lawns on Sundays, it's how we grew up and even now my Grandmother would be turning in her grave if we did.

All our neighbours mow lawns on any day of the week, so we are definitely the odd ones out.

Any time from about 9 onwards here. I'm going to do ours later when its a bit cooler.

On a Sunday we are allowed to mow between 10am and noon here. Otherwise it is illegal. On other days we can mow in the afternoons but not between 12 and 2pm when people might be eating.

Living in rainy UK I mow the lawn whenever it is dry, regardless of what day of the week it is.
