Anyone else waiting a while for Sarah Raven orders?

Just that really. I don’t want to hassle customer services since I imagine they’re struggling with all the offers they’ve put out recently but I have 2 largish orders outstanding that said 1 week at the point of order and we’re a long way past that 😁 they’ve sent 2 items from a list of about 12.

I find their estimates of when things will be dispatched can be very overoptimistic.

No harm in asking customer services but probably just patience required.

I had a dreadful time with them last year. Some things took months and then went in far too late and didn’t do anything. I spent a good £300 odd a well. I just use the catalogue as inspiration now and get the plants from crocus!

Ordered a rose from there last year. It died pretty quickly :/

I buy quite a lot from them and everything always takes a while and turns up at funny times. I don’t really mind, I’ve learned to work with the randomness 😁 but the website is full of reviews saying “no stars, never received the item!”

Is this a common theme with online garden suppliers? I ordered from J Parkers (my first ever online garden order) and was surprised to read that delivery would be up to 21 days. 14 days on I'm still waiting.
Literally everything else I order online comes within a few days 🤷🏻‍♀️

They sent me a link to review long before I received anything. My order later arrived a couple of things at a time. I didn't leave a review but I assume it's grumpy customers being reminded to review items they don't get. The only reason I was so patient is because I'd heard about the wait on here.

I bought some tomato plants from them and they have arrived mostly dead and totally dried out. Not impressed. It's the first thing I have bought from there but I buy a lot of plants online and never had anything turn up in that condition. I've contacted customer services but not heard anything back.
