Aquilegia - lovely flowers flowers will self seed year after year (the seeds are toxic mind)

Looks like an aquilegia in bud.

Aka Grannys Bonnets, l love these plants they have an old fashioned charm.

They will seed anywhere and are very beautiful - I had them growing in my gravel - I had not planted them; they just grew there.
