hopeishere...I second that. So annoying? have you looked at FarmerGracy? I've had some lovely plants in the past year from them.

Lovely website but plants not as healthy or well packed as Sarah Raven.

I ordered from Claire Austin, they contacted me to say that they felt one of the plants I'd chosen wasn't of sufficient quality to send out in their opinion, and did I want a refund or change it for another variety.

Their plants are not cheap really and I really appreciated their honesty and integrity in not posting out a plant that didn't pass muster. It's a major downside of buying online when you cannot choose the exact specimen from the stock available. (Sometimes you look at the plants sent out and think "I wouldn't have picked this one, it's a weird, lopsided shape" or similar...)

just have done! What a shocker - I’ve never had a problem.

I've ordered a fair bit from Sarah Raven and have had a very mixed bag. Some sweet peas I ordered last year were atrocious and a few other things much smaller than expected. Other things have been nice and healthy and have grown well but it's pretty pricey to be honest.

I'm lucky that I've discovered a fabulous plant nursery about 40 minutes from where I live which has an amazing selection of plants and much cheaper than the major online sites.

Wow everything I’ve ordered from Sarah Raven bar a couple of packs of seeds has been fab and I’ve ordered a fair few plants from them.
