We have 2 pet rabbits who we allow to run free around our back garden. I'm generally happy for them to do this but sometimes they eat the wrong plants! I've just bought 2 new wooden planters, filled them with lovely plants and they've pretty much eaten the lot. I want them to look good so not sure about netting etc but.. any ideas?

Sorry, no advice just sympathy! I thought lavender was a winner until a couple of months later my bunnies started on that too. So for now I am resigned to standing pots on random tables, bricks, or hanging plants from the fence..

Thanks. I already have loads of pots on a table! Need to find a way we can live happily together, they do love being in the garden, I'd just like to have some nice plants too!

Remembered they don't eat my hydrangea, but may be a bit big for a planter good luck

Not sure if it’s still there but the rhs website used to do lists of rabbit proof, deer proof etc plants. That may be a good place to start
