Could this fence post snap?

Noticed the wire is bulling it to one side at the top half. Anything I could do to prevent this or would you leave it?

They only thing would be to pull equally hard in the opposite direction by taking a wire from the tip diagonally to the ground.

Thats rather a flimsy upright for a tensioned wire, and ideally the upright should have a diagonal support pot at the left rather than being fastened to the wall
