Herb seedling query

I'm a completely novice gardener.
My herbs have started to germinate. What do I do next and when? Do I thin these, re-pot them, leave them?

Tia for any good advice. (I'm trying to prove to my husband I can grow them more successfully than he tried last year. Lol).

I'm.no expert either but would be tempted to let them get a wee bit bigger before you thin out. I'm itching to get mine out but its still far too cold here in Scotland.
( By get mine out I am referring to my plants, not my norks, but weather still applies)

They need to be much larger with at least two proper leaves on before you can transplant them to small pots.
The chives can grow quite tall in the little seed pots. They are transplanted in clumps as the individual plants are structured like grass.
Everything needs to be kept inside or in a greenhouse until May when the danger of frost has gone.

Thank you both. I've taken the top off the plastic greenhouse and now the cats keep walking over them.
