If you sow seeds indoors, isn't it s bit early? I mean we won't have passed the threat of frost in 2 weeks will we?

They will barely have germinated in 2 weeks' time, let alone be ready to plant out.

Which seeds are we talking about?

I've got loads of seedlings on the go, have been sowing them for weeks! Some still inside, some moved to unheated greenhouse depending how hardy they are. None anywhere near big enough to plant oustisde yet (oh, except maybe sweet peas)anyway and wont be for weeks. Some still haven't germinated, depsite planting 2 weeks ago (aster, echincacea etc)

autumn sown and february sown. aster, delphiniums,snapdragons,cosmos,verbena,italian sunflowers, petuniaand sweet peas which are outside in pots
