Gaura Whirling Butterflies

I bought some small Gaura lindheimeri ‘Whirling Butterfly’ plants last summer and they were fantastic, flowering for months and months. I thought I'd try and grow some from seed this year and all I can seem to find is something called 'Gaura The Bride'- can someone clever who knows about these things tell me if these are the same plants? TIA!

No, they are different cultivars of gaura. The Bride seems to be the easiest to get seeds of, I'm giving it a go this year.

Thank you @MrsBertBibby, yes I couldn't find the 'Whirling Butterfly' seeds anywhere, which made me think I must be missing a trick and maybe they were the same thing- oh well! Hope your 'The Bride' seeds go well!

They have the seeds here. Or small plants available from J Parkers. They look lovely, I might have to add to my overflowing seed stash!

Thanks so much @StyleDesperation! They are lovely indeed, and flower for months and months!

Try eBay. Some advertised there as "Whirling Butterfly"
