Vintage parasol diy

Hey

So, I’m slightly obsessed with the garden parasols that are either green and white stripe or candy stripe with the fringing. I’ll try add a picture. They’re over £300 some of them. I cannot find anything cheaper than this. Has anyone painted their own? Fabric paint? I’m on a poor man’s budget and would have thought there would be something cheaper than this but I can’t find one anywhere

& a glue gun. Not sure I’d risk painting though but that’s because I’d be bound to mess it up!

Oh that one from freeman’s is lovely.
They’re all so nice. I don’t know why so expensive though! Maybe because they are “instagrammable” or something.
I’m wondering about the paint. It surly can’t be that hard eh….?
