Surely it's a standard fitting?

Felix125 · 28/02/2022 09:25

Is it a 15mm or a 22mm pipe that comes into the tap?
Is the tap soldered on or is it compression (large nut) fitting it to the pipe?

Mine just screwed plastic straight onto the tap. I'm sure I didn't have to put a brass fitting on first.

You'd think so, but there are two sizes and we had to get a bodging thing for ours

You can do that, but brass/ metal actually stronger and less likely to pop off/ leak (can you tell I've sprayed myself more than a few times? )
