Aldi Cold frame

Anyone who has space for one of these, they are now available to order on line. Recommended!

Cold frame.

How robust are they? Is it perspex, rather than glass? Am a but worried about where it would be sited, as whilst sheltered, there is a drip from a gutter there.

I got the lower one last year and it seems fine. Was looking st that one too as plastic greenhouse blew apart in the wind. Does this have a back panel or fit against a wall?

It is light and quite flimsy, but it is cheap.

I got the smaller one last year, and the panels are a light corrugated plastic, but even so it survived a lot of 'weather' pretty well!

It has a plastic back panel, but because of its higher centre of gravity it would need to be against a wall to stop it falling over.

I've ordered one. And thanks to your picture, I may paint it pink! Worried about it being too flimsy, will have to find a way to attach it to the fence
