Foxgloves? Looks terrible.

They’re just really messy looking. It’s quite a prominent spot….. maybe I could plant something in front. They flower every 2 years don’t they?

They flower on their second year (so this summer) and then die, but will self seed if you leave the flower spikes on until dry..

That’s an over-wintering rosette. It won’t look messy one it starts into growth
