Planting out snowdrops

I bought some pots of sprouting snowdrops at the weekend, the bulbs are kind of sitting proud of the soil, see pic.

Would you plant out so that the bulbs and shoots are pretty much covered?

Yes, I would.

Yes, only the shoots should be visible above ground.

The crocus we mass-planted are coming up like nobody's business so I have high hopes!
