Overgrown shrub, climber or rambling?We cut it right back to get rid as was an inherited heap over fence. Then this has sprouted from stump. Trying to work it if worth saving and how to care for it.

Most likely rambling. It’s looking healthy. It’s not one of the wild species used for grafting, the leaves tell you that. if the flower buds open you can see if you like them, otherwise, give it a year to prove itself
