Help me save this unknown plant

I 'rescued' this very sad plant from my office at work. I used the term rescue loosely because it's extremely unhappy with me too!

Does anyone know what kind of plant this is? And any recommendations on cheering it up? I originally had it in the window but have moved it somewhere with less direct sunlight. Picture attached

It might be a very unhappy umbrella plant (schefflera).

Agree, it’s a Schleffera. Needs bright, indirect light, and not overwatered. They can be pruned, something to bear in mind if you want to cut it back.
