Are these bulbs doomed?

I bought some crocus to plant out in window boxes but only did one box before life/toddler got in the way and i forgot them and now I've just checked them and they're starting to grow.

I can't plant them out now and have them come up in spring right?

I could force them indoors maybe?

I've quite often planted bulbs which are starting to sprout, they've been fine.

They will be perfectly fine for years to come. Put them in the ground now. They have been running on stored energy, and when they touch soil they will be able to refill their energy, and be totally fine.
